Enbrook Community Development District
The Enbrook Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on March 13, 2020 by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2020-12 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Enbrook CDD encompasses an area of approximately 65.88 +\- acres in unincorporated Collier County. The land within the District is generally located west of Tamiami Trail E, east of Collier Boulevard and south of Manatee Road.
